FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by me in my home studio in Totnes, Devon.

What materials do you use?

I work with only recycled sterling silver, genuine sea glass, and responsibly sourced or reclaimed gemstones.

Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos?

I photograph each piece as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on the light and your screen.

How will my jewellery arrive?

Every order is thoughtfully packaged in an eco-friendly gift box.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

All pieces weighing over the UK legal hallmarking threshold are hallmarked in accordance with UK regulations. Smaller pieces are exempt but are still handcrafted from sterling silver.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. No pricing information is included in the parcel, making it perfect for sending directly to the recipient.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Store your jewellery in a dry place and polish it occasionally with a silver polishing cloth to keep it looking its best.

Is the sea glass genuine?

Yes. All sea glass used in Tide Relics is naturally weathered before being handcrafted into jewellery.

Do you accept commissions?

I occasionally accept commissions depending on availability. If you’d like to discuss an idea, please get in touch.

What is your returns policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please see the Returns Policy page for full details.
